Consumer unit, residual-current protection, earthing, equipotential bonding. Bringing an older installation up to the NF C 15-100 standard.
Power loss, a breaker that keeps tripping, a short circuit, a dead socket or light. I trace the cause before replacing anything — never the other way round.
Complete rewiring of an apartment: separate circuits, a technical riser, a new consumer unit, and the chases made good afterwards.
New or relocated sockets, switches, two-way switching, ceiling points. Fitting of switchgear you supply, or that we choose together.
Installation and replacement of single-flow mechanical ventilation, ducts and vents, electrical connection and airflow checks.
Dedicated supplies for the kitchen, bathroom, heated towel rail, oven or hob. Electric vehicle charging up to 22 kW.
The standard
The NF C 15-100 standard doesn't exist to complicate a job: it sets how many circuits separate a kitchen from a living room, where a residual-current device must sit, and how far from a bath a socket may go. Each of those rules comes from an accident.
On a renovation, I start again from the consumer unit and trace the circuits one by one. It takes longer than swapping a socket, and it is the only way to know what protects what.
