After a renovation there are often skirting boards to refit, a missing threshold, a damaged architrave. I take care of these finishing touches so the work is truly complete.

Skirting removed and refitted or replaced, with mitres scribed to the real walls.
Thresholds and transition strips between two floors of different heights.
Architraves and mouldings damaged during the works repaired or replaced.
Window boards, returns and linings to window reveals.
Access hatches for valves and junction boxes left without access.
Doors, cupboards and fronts to adjust after a new floor has been laid.
